‘I’ve been inside new Big Brother house and horny housemates are in for a huge shock’

It’s been five long years since it was last on our screens and Big Brother finally returns this weekend.

On Sunday (October 8) evening, fans will watch 16 brand new housemates from all walks of life move into the plush two-storey abode. From a eco-friendly Diary Room chair to a swanky upstairs area, the most famous house in Britain looks as amazing as ever.

Hours before the new cast members arrived, I got the chance to take a tour around the new property and the experience did not disappoint. As a huge fan of the show, I was naturally concerned that walking through the doors myself would ruin the magic.

However, it felt the complete opposite and it’s made me fall in love with Big Brother all over again. The house in general is massive and the new second floor is no doubt going to the setting for plenty of drama over the next six weeks.

The idea of adding a glass wall so housemates can still see exactly whats going on in the kitchen and living space without physically being in the room is genius and I expect will leave the civilians feeling as if there’s nowhere to escape.

After wandering through the house myself I can see how contestants have meltdowns during their stay. It is extremely warm due to the lights and there’s also hardly any privacy from your fellow housemates. There is a mixture of double and single beds in the only bedroom which will no doubt lead to tense arguments between the group.

I was gobsmacked to learn how close the beds are to each other and it does seem like the perfect recipe for broken sleep, which means plenty of row between cranky cast mates. If the housemates are hoping to get jiggy or have an issue with people snoring, they are in for a shock.

Unless they are more than happy to face the wrath of their co-stars for waking them up with loud moaning and groaning then it’s unlikely they’ll get lucky during their time taking part in the social experiment. In fact, the whole house contains very few orgy opportunities.

Previous years have benefited from an enormous hot tub but this house contains only a tiny Jacuzzi, capable of fitting a maximum of around four housemates at a time. However, stars of the show have found different ways of getting around any similar issues in the past, even it means building a den under the kitchen table – which is enormous and situated inbetween the kitchen and living space.

While the housemates may not be able to get much alone time, there’s no doubt that they are going to have the time of their lives as they embrace the once in a lifetime opportunity.

Big Brother: The Launch will air this Sunday at 9pm on ITV1, STV, ITV2 and ITVX
