Strictly Come Dancing fans seem to think professional dancer Karen Hauer looked “angry” while being critiqued on her routine following her recent “split” news.
The star received a mixed bag of comments during the latest episode of the popular BBC show after she hit the stage with comedian Eddie Kadi. But although the pair received amazing commentary last week, this week’s routine failed to impress.
Dancing the American Smooth, Eddie and Karen were told that their routine was a “disaster” by judge Craig Revel Horwood. While Shirley said that it didn’t work while they were “in hold”.

Seeing that things weren’t going right for the pair, fans took to X, formerly known as Twitter to comment on Karen’s reaction, as some felt her face said it all. One viewer wrote: “Immediately after the dance Karen looked FUMING. Is she okay?”
Another penned: “Karen can’t hide her angry face!” A third said: “What was wrong with Karen she didn’t look herself at all.”
Meanwhile, a fourth viewer added: “If looks could kill then Karen would’ve been arrested on the spot. Yikes.”
The news comes after reports claimed Karen had “split” from her husband, Jordan, with whom she previously married in June last year. The 41-year-old, who is Strictly’s longest-serving professional dancer was spotted attending last week’s Pride of Britain Awards without her wedding ring.
Speaking about her relationship, an insider told The Mirror: “Karen and Jordan have had a tough time in the past few months and decided to split. It’s obviously very sad for both of them. But there’s no ill-will whatsoever.
“The split is amicable, and they wish each other the best,” the insider added.
A few months back in August, Karen revealed she and Jordan were having counselling to help them with their marriage. Speaking candidly she told Hello! magazine: “Counselling. You know what I think communication is massive but learning how to communicate, you know, so we get outside help.
“So whenever we’re having tricky moments or anything like that, it’s just seeing the vulnerable side of each other and understanding it and knowing that both of us are working on things because nobody is perfect.”
She also told the publication that she believes there is no such thing as a “happy marriage”. But it all depends on “dealing with thins the right way”.
Strictly Come Dancing airs on Saturday and Sunday from 6.30pm on BBC One or catch up on BBC iPlayer.
