Strictly Come Dancing champ Kelvin Fletcher and his wife Liz Marsland briefly split early on in their relationship after she grew jealous of the attention he got from fans.
The couple are happily married now and have a beautiful life together with their four children. They are parents to Marnie, Milo and twins Maximus and Mateusz.
But before they started their empire, things got off to a rough start between them. The couple met when they were children but got together in 2009.

However just a year into their romance, in 2010, Liz dumped Emmerdale legend Kelvin after fans bombarded him with naughty messages and photos. A friend said back then: “Liz has always been jealous of the attention Kelvin receives. He is always getting stopped by girls wanting his autography when he’s on nights out.”

The source added to The Sun: “Kelvin assures her nothing goes on but over the years it has worn her down and she decided that she just couldn’t continue seeing him.” Luckily, it was only a small blip and they got back together later.
Kelvin has opened up about Liz’s jealousy in the past too, though. He previously told the publication: “I do ring her up and say, ‘I’m kissing so-and-so today’ and make a joke about it.

“That’s how we deal with it. But Liz won’t watch the show because she gets too jealous. To me, though, it’s just work.”
Kelvin and Liz eventually got married in 2015. They now have their own show together on ITV, Fletcher’s Family Farm, which documents their life in their Peak District farm.
Kelvin played farmer Andy Sugden on Emmerdale for more than 20 years. And the irony of now being a farmer for real isn’t lost on him.

He told The Mirror: “People make an obvious connection to Emmerdale. So you play a farmer all those years, then you become one. Life imitating art.
“But I was an actor. I had zero farming knowledge. There might be a scene where I was next to a sheep, but that was it.”
