Married at First Sight UK newcomer Mark Kiley has admitted he would have swiped left for his new husband on Tinder.
Fans of the E4 social experiment will watch the Customer Service Manager tie the knot with Sean Malkin during Tuesday’s (October 17) episode after meeting him for the first time at the alter on their wedding day.
However, Mark says that Sean isn’t someone who he’d go for on the dating apps but says he now fully understands why they were matched by relationship experts Mel Schilling, Paul C Brunson and Charlene Douglas.

He told Daily Star and other press: “I didn’t know what I exactly wanted at the end of the alter. I think when you meet them, you are both in this whirlwind and you get get on and it isn’t until probably until after the honeymoon where cracks will show but I do think being with him, I can see why we were matched.
“Physically he isn’t probably what I’d look for, I’d probably swipe left on Tinder but I can see why we were matched because everything I needed in a person was kind of given to me.”
Before joining the experiment, Mark said he’ll make the “perfect husband”, adding that he’s “loving” and “giving” just like a “loyal dog.” Mark also opened about his flaws too, confessing that he has a penchant for shopping and would leave his potential husband for rapper Drake if the opportunity ever came along.
He has now been single for 10 years and is determined to find “Mr Right” on the show. Fans of MAFS were quick to recognise Mark from another dating show, with many taking to the internet to point out where they’d seen him before.
Mark appeared on Channel 4’s First Dates back in 2017, in which he was paired with Junior for Watford. Despite seemingly getting on during their dinner and even sharing a cheeky kiss on the way home, but he later revealed on Twitter that they ultimately “went separate ways.”
