Shallow Hal was released in 2001 and featured Hollywood stars Jack Black and Gwyneth Paltrow, along with Gwyneth’s body double Ivy Snitzer.

The actress was used to portray the heavier version of Rosemary, Jack Black’s character’s love interest who was forced to see people for their “inner beauty” by a hypnotist. Sadly, after the movie was released Ivy had a number of health issues and went through a rather traumatic period in her life.
