Nigel Farage didn’t look too pleased as he waded through a tank filled with gunk on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!.
The former politician, 59, looked rather disgusted as he felt his way through the grim sludge on Sunday night (November 19) during a task which he took on alongside fellow campmates Nella Rose and Josie Gibson.
The launch show saw the three campmates dropped into the scorching hot Australian outback for the first time ever. Nigel, Nella and Josie met for the first time and quickly find out they have to help out their fellow celebs by doing a set of challenges.

The other campmates are 2000 miles away on the Gold Coast. They have to win time for the others, who are taking part in separate challenges.
The more time the trio win for their soon-to-be campmates, the better it is for everyone. But they’re tasked with searching through gallons of sticky gunk and scary hell holes in a bid to score tokens for time.
Nigel, Nella and Josie didn’t even get the appropriate gear for the gunk ,only goggles to protect their eyes. They had to brave the muck in their normal clothes.
The Brexit-loving GB News host was wearing a pink shirt, which got ruined by the trial as it was likely stained beyond repair. Nella joined Nigel in the tank at one point, which was placed next to what appeared to be an abandoned campervan.
Farage has warned everybody that he is prone to being “short tempered” and tells his co-stars he could suffer “jungle rages”. Speaking to The Sun, Nigel said: “If I’ve got a fault, well, sometimes I can get a bit impatient.
“I think that being short-tempered is something I’m prone to a little bit and I guess in there, food deprived, I’m going to have to learn to be patient with people even if they’re goading me.”
He added: “I’m remarkably normal. I know that’s disappointing, but remarkably normal.I enjoy the sort of things that most people enjoy. I care about things that a lot of people care about. I’m not an exceptional person in any way at all.”

The politician further continued: “I just happen to be somebody who has ideas and works very hard at trying to fulfil them, which is why I’ve made myself such a nuisance for the British and European establishment. But look, in the camp, of course as you say, people see the real you and I would like to think that I could work with other people as a team.”
I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! starts at 9pm, ITV1, Sunday November 19.
