ITV have announced the 12 new characters who will be singing their hearts out in disguise on the new series of The Masked Singer UK
A first look at the characters for the fifth series of ITV’s The Masked Singer UK have been revealed – as well as clues as to which stars are behind the mask.
There are 12 famous faces to identify based on their clues and performances. They are Chicken Ceasar, Air Fryer, Bubble Tea, Owl, Piranha, Eiffel Tower, Kricket, Weather, Marypole, Bigfoot, Egg and Rat.
It’s going to be extra tough this series because producers have made it harder than ever. Davina McCall said: “We’ve gone next level with the clues this year and they really are disguising their voices.”

And stock on tissues because the new series will be packed with tearful moments. Davina McCall said: “There are so many emotional aspects to this show that I wasn’t really prepared for.
“I knew it was going to be fun and I knew it was going to be a bit ridiculous, but I hadn’t factored in what it feels like to watch little kids in the studio and seeing how invested they are and also how weirdly emotional it can be.”
