One star of TLC reality show My 600lb Life looks totally unrecognisable after her stint on season seven of the show.
Lashanta White initially weighed in at 662lbs and was completely bedridden, struggling to care for her four kids. All her cooking had to be done from her bed as she struggled so much to stand, and just getting her into an upright position required two adults and a zimmer frame to help.
Lashanta could no longer fit on the toilet or even make it to the bathroom, so her partner JT would bring her a plastic bucket to do her business in. Sponge baths took place on the same bed, and later she would cook for the whole family right in the same space – at one point cooking a tray full of raw chicken.

But with the help of Dr Nowzaradan on the show, Lashanta managed to shift an incredible 113lbs on a diet plan as she worked her way towards weight loss surgery. But her boyfriend Jeremy – who confessed he was attracted to larger women – left her as she began to lose the weight.

After a year, Lashanta dropped a further 47 pounds and was finally scheduled for gastric bypass surgery. Though she has never publicly confirmed whether or not the operation went ahead, Lashanta looks totally unrecognisable on her social media pages and looks slimmer around her face and neck.
The star is regularly seen glammed up on Instagram, sporting huge spidery lashes and a glossy pink pout while performing songs for the camera. She’s ventured into the world of singing and songwriting, and sells custom jungles to customers online.

Lashanta isn’t the only star of the show who struggled with being bed-bound. Brianne Dias weighed an incredible 787lbs when she appeared on the show, and was so big her husband had to wipe her bum for her after using the toilet.
But years later, she had shed an incredible 500lbs after undergoing weight loss surgery, bringing her down to just 287 pounds. Brianne looked unrecognisable as she donned a bikini on the back of a speedboat and slipped into a black tank top to show off her slimmer figure.

Despite it all, she ended up divorcing her husband Rick after 14 years of marriage, but she moved on with a new man and remarried in October 2021. She also went on to welcome her son River Jameson-Edward Riley in 2022 after being desperate to become a mum.
Life is on the up for both Brianne and Lashanta as Brianne took to social media to tell fans: “I love my new self so much it’s a new Bri and new me! #Not600lbsAnymore.”
