AI shows what George Michael would look like now – James Bond lookalike to silver fox

Last Christmas icon George Michael sadly died on the same date as the festivities he sang about for many years.

The song, which was released in 1986, dated back from when he was in his group Wham! and still remains one of the most popular festive tracks today. George went on to have a successful solo career after his time in the band and created his own separate fanbase.

So it’s no surprise hearts broke all across the world when it was confirmed he had died on December 25. Months later it was revealed that he had passed from natural causes.

Michael had been suffering from dilated cardiomyopathy with myocarditis and fatty liver. Which, a lot of the time, can have no symptoms at all.

As we near the time of George’s death, we’ve looked back at his life and assessed what he would look like now – and although it’s only been seven years since his passing, a lot would have changed.

Artificial Intelligence platform Midjourney has pieced together new images of the beloved singer, and it looks like he would’ve taken turning 60 with true grace.

While different photos have been drummed up to reflect what George could look like now, all of them have two things in common. He wouldn’t have ditched his iconic glasses, and AI believes he would’ve allowed his hair to turn grey.

One photo saw George donning a black leather jacket with a deep V-neck top showing a little bit of chest hair. Appearing like a Pierce Brosnan lookalike, he had a pair of sunnies on and a full grey beard to match his wispy grey hair.

He appeared more wrinkled than prior to his death and had a smoulder as he was depicted as a 60-year-old man.

A separate photo saw George in a different pair of sunglasses but still with his grey hair, beard and ‘tache. He was also donning his leather jacket and rocked a brown scarf too.

Another snap saw him in a floral top and a deep V-neck with a big chain to match. It looks like George would have kept his style in check after being recognised for his fashion choices over the years.

From bold blazers to classic leather jackets, George quickly became a style icon during his height of fame. From his crop tops to bold double denim, George was regularly branded a style icon.
