Emmerdale village has been rocked by a horror Christmas Day shooting as Damon ‘Harry’ Harris (Robert Beck) was left for dead following a showdown with Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins).
The fallout from Mackenzie Boyd’s (Lawrence Robb) cheating ways caught up with him in recent scenes after he was taken and held hostage by Chloe Harris’ (Jasmine Elland) father, Damon, also known as Harry. Fans watched on as Mack was left tied up and bound to a chair in an empty and disused warehouse.
During Monday’s (December 25) episode, Harry continued to torment Mack and continued to violently attack him. Chloe pleaded with her hardman dad to stop hitting the father of her son but he ignored her and instead took out a gun.

As the violent showdown occurred in the abandoned factory, Charity managed to track down Mack in time to save him from being killed. As Harry pointed the gun at Mack, Charity managed to block him and they both tussled for the gun which had fallen to the floor.
After an intense scrap, a gunshot went off leaving Mack and Chloe both fearing who had been shot. As Charity stood with a blank expression on her face, Harry was seen with blood over his shirt as he clutched his chest before falling to the ground. As fans wait to find out if Harry is alive or dead, some rushed to X, formerly known as Twitter, to discuss the dramatic episode.
