Davina McCall looked stunning as ever as she dressed to impress for the first episode of The Masked Singer UK series five.
The 56-year-old star donned a red cut-out dress as she returned to the panel with comedian Mo Gilligan and chat show host Jonathan Ross on Saturday (December 30) night as they tried to work out which celebrities were behind the mask.
Pop star Rita Ora was noticeably missing from the panel after she was forced to miss filming due to a work schedule clash. ITV bossed have previously confirmed that some special guests will be joining the panel on the new series.

Stars including Jennifer Saunders and Olly Murs will be popping in over the course of the series as Rita missed some episodes of the new series as filming clashed with the US version of the show, which she’s been starring on.
She said at the time: “I’m gutted to be missing some episodes on the new season but keeping my seat warm are some great guest panellists who I’m told are also super competitive and will keep the others on their toes, especially Jonathan! Bring it on.” The Masked Singer UK season four winner Charlie Simpson kept Rita’s seat warm and tried to work out which famous faces were on the stage in front of him.
It comes after after the news that The Masked Singer bosses have reportedly secured the best singers in its history for its 2024 series. Producers managed to sign up a raft of tip top vocalists to compete on the new series. For years the show has been famous for wild performances but this means it’ll be able to rival The Voice and Britain’s Got Talent when it comes to performances.

Panellist Rita said: “The talent is fantastic. The voices on this series are the best I’ve ever heard and the personalities are so amazing.” Host Joel Dommett added: “We’ve definitely got some of the best vocalists we’ve ever had on the show. I really do feel like we’ve got some of the best we’ve ever had.” After four years on the box, show chiefs are pulling out all the stops to make sure it’s still must-see telly.
They are hoping the new series will be another ratings winner for them. Panellist Jonathan said: “So much work goes into making it as good as possible. The format is such a strong, strange and unique one and I think that’s what people are responding to.”It’s fun, silly, doesn’t take itself seriously, it’s beautifully made and always looks spectacular.”
The Masked Singer UK continues Saturday on ITV1 and ITVX at 7pm
