Taylor Momsen is looking toned and trim in recent post-workout snaps.
For a short Instagram clip, Taylor added a series of gym selfies as she admired herself in the mirror. She wore a teeny black sports bra with a pair of low waisted leggings that showed off her impressive abs.
Momsen added some accessories, including layers of silver necklaces, stacks of bracelets and a red manicure, along with white sports socks and white trainers. She also styled her icy blonde hair in a middle parting with two plaits on either side of her head.

She appeared makeup free as she held her phone up to the full length mirror and posed with her legs apart, her arms in the air and one finger in her mouth. Taylor appeared to move from the Alo workout area into a sauna, and later snapped some selfies in the changing room.

Taylor added Nine Inch Nails’ song Closer over the top of her montage video and in the caption, the singer wrote: “Getting ready to rock #2024 next stop, recording studio [flame emoji] @alo @kylerssellhoffman,” as fans flocked to the comment section to share their thoughts.
One person wrote: “Can’t wait to hear the next drop! Looking strong,” as another person typed: “Queen of rock and roll and gym [black heart emoji].” Others noted Momsen’s “six pack,” that she was “crushing it” and that she looked “beautiful”.

Another keen follower added: “My queen, I really didn’t think improvement was possible when someone’s already perfect, you did that,” and one comment read: “You look amazing queen [pink heart emojis].”
The actress, who has retired from acting, has spoken out about why she decided to leave her role on the CW show after just four seasons. She appeared on her co-star Penn Badgley’s podcast Podcrushed and discussed her decision.

Momsen said: “I wasn’t making my own choices then and literally, as soon as I got to an age where I could make my own decisions – it was like a click. I woke up one morning and went: ‘Wait a second, I don’t have to do this. I can just play in my band and tour and write songs. I can just do that.”
