The Chase star Mark Labbett has dropped a whopping 10st with the help of his girlfriend Hayley Palmer.
The Beast star has been flaunting his hardcore workout regime on Instagram after going through a major transformation. His glam presenter girlfriend Hayley has been praising him for it.
GB News star Hayley took to her stories to show off Mark’s dedication to his fitness and Mark shared a new clip to his profile also. Hayley wrote: “I’m so proud of @markthebeatlabbett. He started to come to the gym with me in the mornings and he is doing so well.

“He is down to 124 kilos/ 19.5 stone. We’re planning to tone and improving conditioning.” Mark has been open about how pleased he is to have met Hayley.
He told The Sun last year: “I mean, look at her. I keep finding myself going, ‘Hang on, we’re actually going out?’.
“I don’t want to make her blush, but 15 years ago I was a maths teacher, I was 29st. I’m a very, very lucky man. I’ve got the job I was born to do and, in Hayley, someone to share it all with.”
He also shared his love for the gym and said “My lungs appreciate it. I’ve lost eight inches off my chest. Hayley is getting me to the gym. I love weights.”
In an interview before Mark pursued a romantic relationship with Hayley, he was questioned by the presenter about his weight loss on Saturday Night with Hayley Palmer.
He said: “The one thing I do drink a lot more fluids is to eat a lot less food that I didn’t mean to it’s just not hungry anymore. If this was being interviewed five or six years ago every time the camera went off you’d see me reaching for sweets.”
She also teased him about his lack of knowledge of soap operas – which he is infamously bad at on The Chase.
Mark said: “If my job depended on it, I’d watch it. My wife used to watch EastEnders a lot when. I kind of picked up on that quite a few times, and same of the cast reasons were often in the same studios. They love coming on the show, but as I said, if my job depended on it, and I could close it in a few weeks, sometimes it’s good to have it as a break because if we won every game we’d be fired.”
