Lottie Moss broke down in tears as she opened up to fans about her mental health struggles and substance abuse.
The OnlyFans favourite – who is catwalk queen Kate Moss’s half-sister – posted an emotional message on TikTok sharing that she was “four days sober”. She said speaking out about what she was going through was going to be important for her recovery.
Wiping away tears, Lottie told how she has battled “depression and anxiety and problems with addiction”, and explained how the pressures of the modelling industry affected her. The blonde, 26, also admitted she was finding it hard to work out who she was.

“Becoming a model and being in that industry made it very difficult for me not to feel that way and just sort of succumb to drugs and alcohol and things like that whenever I felt sad,” she said. “I’ve been in a habit of doing that for the rest of my life up until now.
“And I’ve just gotten to a point where I don’t even know or like who I am. And it’s just like, navigating your 20s f****** sucks.”
“I think I’ve gone to that place today where I just don’t know who I am,” added Lottie, who started her modelling career when she was in her teens. She went on: “Since I got my face tattoo and started OnlyFans, such a big change in my life and career. And I was like, ‘Is this even what I want to be doing?'”
The star said that she had “rebelled so hard” away from “an industry that made me sad”. She continued: “I don’t even like me now, so it’s like ‘Who the f*** am I?’ I don’t know.”
“I just need to know that there are other people that feel this way, that I’m not going crazy,” said the star. “Sometimes I feel like I isolated myself so much away from so many people that cared and do care and now I feel so alone.”
Lottie, who has been open about her issues with drink and drugs, also said that she felt she “should be grateful” as she has so many good things and so many good people in her life. “But I just don’t feel happy in myself,” she explained.
The blonde started modelling when she was 16, landing her first gig at Teen Vogue. She has seen been in magazines like Harpers Bazaar, Tatler and Elle.
