Jane Seymour, 72, is having the ‘most passionate sex of her life’ with new beau

Bond girl Jane Seymour is having the “most passionate sex of her life” at age 72.

The Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman actress confessed to some rather raunchy antics with her boyfriend John Zambetti, 73, for Cosmopolitan’s Sex After 60 issue. She confessed: “Sex right now is more wonderful and passionate than anything I ever remember because it is built on trust, love, and experience.”

Jane says she “now knows herself and her body”, adding: “John has had his own experiences […] it’s not like when you’re younger. Your sex life doesn’t need to end at 60. At the end of the day, everyone is looking for something that puts blood into a certain area.”

She says a “bonus” to having sex as a senior is that there’s no risk of pregnancy, explaining she feels both “experienced” and “16 years old”. She said: “I truly feel sex and intimacy is better at my age than it ever was before.”

The mum-of-four says her sex life is now more geared towards “emotional intimacy”, realising she used to forget about herself during sex in her previous relationships. She said she used to “vanish” in relationships and said romance was more about “having it all” rather than about herself.

Things changed when she met John, who previously told Daily Mail Jane is a “great kisser”. Jane wasn’t looking for love when he came along, but says John “still appreciated her”.

She told the Daily Mail: “This is something uniquely special and it’s a gift at this time of my life. And I think he feels the same way. He’s lovely and he’s obviously very intelligent, but also very supportive. Everyone I know loves him. They all adore him.”

The former Bond girl has been married four times

Jane has been married four times, first to theatre director Michael Attenborough from 1971 until 1973. She then tied the knot with author Geoffrey Planer from 1977 until 1978, then businessman David Flynn from 1981 until 1992.

Her last husband was actor James Keach, from 1993 all the way until 2015. She shares daughter Katherine and son Sean with her third husband, and twins Kristopher and John with Keach.

In 2015, the actress confessed that she wishes she hadn’t waited until marriage to have sex. She explained: “In my household there was a pressure that you weren’t supposed to have sex until you were married. Which is completely insane.

“I think you should learn to live together before you consider marriage. And have some really great rows and break up a couple of times before you contemplate it, because you have to learn how to come back from those things.”
