Love Island viewers have hit out at Molly Smith after she shut down an awkward conversation with her ex-boyfriend Callum Jones.
Molly had been pressing Callum in the All Stars villa after he admitted to sleeping with multiple women in the last six months. This had hurt Molly after the pair had called time on their relationship three years after falling in love on the ITV show.
The Islanders had been playing a game of truth or date when Callum made the revelation, stunning his fellow co-stars. During the game, it was revealed that he had gotten with a total of 16 girls within the last six months.

Molly was left aghast at Callum’s ways and hit out at her former flame, branding him “tragic”. Once the game ended, Smith pulled Jones for a chat and viewers got to watch all the awkward moments as she pushed him for answers on why he got up to his naughty tricks.
Callum tried to defend himself, pleading that he was “being honest at the end of the day”, but Molly was not having any of it. She asked her ex to have some compassion and “be a little bit more considerate” to her.
She added an extra jab at Callum: “I just think it speaks volumes with your actions; actions speak louder than words.” A confused Callum replied: “But I don’t get what the past has got to do with it?”
Viewers were left wincing at their TVs as Molly carried on, saying that she had “actually dealt” with the relationship breaking down and blasted Callum for sleeping with multiple girls. But Callum was quick to shoot back, saying that he felt Molly still held “a lot of resentment”.
With the conservation seemingly going in circles, Molly shut Callum down and said: “I think a friendship is well off the cards.” Things were left on a tense note, as Callum had hoped there could be some civility between the two, but it turned out to be the exact opposite.
Fans at home were equally as gobsmacked as they questioned why Molly would come for Callum’s past when she had no authority over him after they ended things. One disgruntled viewer wrote: “Molly is such a gaslighter, Callum just answered the question he was asked?”
A second user slammed Smith, penning: “Molly, girl, what do YOU want? You don’t want Callum YET you don’t want anyone else to have him – it’s giving obsessed, because you’re always on this boy’s a*** everyday about something.”
Whilst a third user said: “Molly really thinks she’s it because she’s slept with less people than Callum after their relationship ended and when he was single. Get off your high horse girlie!”
Callum and Molly were shocked to see each other when they walked into the villa. The pair had been going from strength to strength in their relationship – even going as far as to nab a lush Manchester home with two dogs before going their separate ways in 2023.
