Hannah Elizabeth is setting pulses racing on Love Island: All Stars at the moment – but it’s not the first time she’s posed in racy outfits.
The reality star shot to fame on the very first series of the ITV dating show back in 2015. Since then, she’s become a successful influencer and recently launched a career on adult site OnlyFans selling raunchy photos and videos.
Prior to her first stint on the series though, Hannah was a Playboy Bunny and glamour model. No stranger to getting her kit off, she bared all for plenty of sizzling shoots.

And it’s fair to say she let off her wild side at parties held at the famous Playboy Mansion in Chicago. The now-mum even went totally naked for the shenanigans.

Speaking to The Sun in 2015, Hannah recalled life as a Bunny at the Mansion – owned by Hugh Hefner, who has since passed away. She said: “The parties are crazy.
“But because Hef is quite old now he’s only down there for 20 minutes. And then he goes up to bed,” she added.
But still, Hannah knew how to have a good time when she headed off every year to the mansion. She said: “I absolutely love it.”

“I was naked, no knickers. They spend all day painting you. I’m not arsed about being naked,” she added.
In an interview with Daily Star, Hannah revealed that she still keeps all of her Playboy memories inside a little box. Hannah exclusively said: “In my mum’s house, I used to have a box about this big (makes a wide gesture with her hands) and I used to take a digital camera over there.

“At the time, we didn’t even have iPhones – imagine I had an iPhone there! I would be getting so many videos. I used to take a digital camera, come home, go to Boots and print all my photos off.
“I’ve got a box full, at my mum’s, full of all these Playboy mansion mad memories. There were naked girls, everywhere! You know those machines in Boots? People were waiting behind me, whilst I printed them out.”
