Catherine O’Hara has revealed that she’s ready to get her kit off for a nude scene.
The Schitt’s Creek actress is 69-years-old and has appeared in famous flicks like Home Alone and Beetle Juice. Last year, she starred in Pain Hustlers alongside Oppenheimer Oscar nominee Emily Blunt and Marvel hunk Chris Evans.
But there’s one thing she’s never done in her many moons on screen, and that’s a nude scene. She reckons her time has come.

She told Good Morning America last month: “Now I’m going to do a nude scene! I think it’s time for a nude scene now. I’ve done the action, that’s off the wish list. Now I think my body’s ready for a big nude scene.”
Her latest film is spy movie Argylle, alongside Henry Cavill, Samuel L. Jackson, Bryan Cranston and Bryce Dallas Howard. It’s her first ever action film.
Catherine’s co-star Howard, who plays Catherine’s on-screen daughter, was excited at her potential naked scene, too, adding: “Oh the world deserves it Catherine, please!”.
One of Catherine’s most famous roles was forgetful mum Kate McCallister in the Home Alone films, where child star Macaulay Culkin played Kevin. The pair have maintained a close friendship since the films.
It turns out Catherine lost her two real-life sons Matthew and Luke – who she shares with husband Bo Welch – on a subway in New York. But luckily they were quickly reunited.
She told People magazine: “We were in New York once; I think it was New York. Bo and I got on the subway, we turned around, the doors are closing, and they weren’t on. I screamed and people screamed with me. Everybody joined in.
“It makes me sick to think what could have happened. What happens? You’re on the train, it goes to the next stop, and you think, are they going to stay in that spot?
“Are they going to be safe? Will we go back? Will they think, “Oh, I’ll get on the next train and go there?” We didn’t have phones.”
