Katie Price has said people who slam her for getting lip filler are simply “plain Janes”.
The 45-year-old reality star has been open about going under the knife to have all sorts of cosmetic work, including liposuction and having her breasts enhanced several times. She recently had her lips done again and confessed on her podcast The Katie Price Show that her own mum said she looks like she’s got a “pig’s snout”.
Katie, who now boasts “3D” lips, said she tends to be trolled by people who’ve never had a tweak themselves. The Mucky Mansion star reckons her trolls would get surgery too if they had the opportunity.

“I am a walking example of lips, surgery, and yes people always slate me,” said the mum-of-five after a fan asked for advice on dealing with criticism after plastic surgery. “But I always find the people who slate me are people who haven’t had nothing done,” she went on.
“When there’s girls who have had fillers done, they seem to, like, embrace our look. It’s normally the ones who are quite plain Janes who don’t want anything done and they are so against it, but yet if they had the opportunity they probably would.”
“I’m used to getting stick,” Katie, 45, insisted. “You shouldn’t take any notice of it. If you are happy with what you do, that’s all that matters. If it gives you that boost or that confidence.”

She also advised those being criticised to “rise above it”. “Or take it as a compliment because at least they have noticed it,” she added.
The model has been candid with fans about having work done over the years, saying she is happy to be honest with people about any little nip or tuck. “I’m in my 40s so why not?” she asked during an appearance on ITV’s Lorraine in 2022.

“There are so many people out there who have these little tweaks and they are like, ‘Are you joking, I am natural’ and I’m like, ‘No you are not!’” she said.
“I tell everyone what I’ve had done, I don’t care,” added the star.
