Love Island star Marcel Somerville has reportedly been left “devastated” following allegations his wife Rebecca Vieira has cheated on him.
The 38-year old is believed to have moved out of their family home as a result – just 18 months after the pair married in a sun-soaked ceremony in Portugal. It’s claimed Marcel, who originally found fame with hip hop group, Blazin’ Squad, was left “completely broken” after discovering the mum of his only child had been sending messages behind his back.
It’s said Marcel, who reached the final of Love Island in 2015 alongside Gabby Allen, is now living with friends as he contemplates his next move. Allegations against Rebecca came to light after another woman – named KD – accused her of inappropriate activity with her own hip-hop husband in US star Slim Jxmmi.

In a series of scathing social media posts, KD claimed Rebecca had shared intimate messages with Slim, one half of the duo, Rae Sremmurd. A source close to Marcel has told the Mirror: “Marcel is absolutely devastated. Rebecca was his life and he’d changed so many things about his lifestyle to make her happy.

“Everything he did, everything he worked for was for his wife and his son. The poor guy feels like he’s in a nightmare and he keeps hoping he’ll wake up.
“For him to know that Rebecca was telling another man she loves him, and then spent Valentine’s Day with him has completely broken him. He doesn’t know what he’s going to do now but he’s moved out of the family home and is living with friends at the moment.”

Alongside screenshots of alleged conversations between Rebcecca and Slim, KD wrote on her Instagram story: “Some men have to watch who they marry and lie down with too. Y’all marry and settle down for the money and stability. Cheating on your husband with my son’s dad is crazy… especially after being in my DMs trying to link with me and be cool. Nasty work.”
One message appeared to show an alleged nude photo sent by Rebecca to the Black Beatles singer. And tagging both Rebecca and Marcel, KD claimed: “No one can say these messages are fake.”
In one screenshot, a sender named “My Baby Becca” can be seen saying: “I wanna see how you deal with me first. I always pull through when it comes to you. I got you every time.”

KD added: “Mind you, this girl @rebeccavieirax was messaging me about a year ago telling me she was there for me and she was so sorry for what I was going through and that we had to link our kids. A few months later when me and him split, my sons dad told me she popped up on him at his London show and she was upset that he wasn’t choosing her last may.
“Mind you, she was like 3 months freshly married at the time. mad he wasn’t choosing her.” She then tagged dad-of-one Marcel, adding: “I hope you signed a prenup.”
Other posts showed the sender KD claims to be Rebecca texting Slim messages such as “a shower with you is what got us here in the first place”. Marcel and Rebecca are parents to two-year-old son Roman.
