Celebrity Big Brother bosses have shared a first-look at the Diary Room Chair.
One of Big Brother’s most iconic and recognisable features has been given a touch of showbiz sparkle as a new batch of famous faces prepare to embark on the ultimate social experiment and become isolated from the outside world.
Playing host to the show’s most intimate and revealing moments, the Diary Room sees housemates communicate directly with Big Brother – discussing the latest antics gripping the house, casting nominations on their fellow housemates and more.

The line-up for this year’s celebrity series has reportedly been “confirmed” ahead of the show’s launch on Monday, March 4. The Sun dropped what it claimed to be the full line-up, which is said to include X Factor duo Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh, as well as a variety of other famous faces including Love Island star Ekin-Su Cülcüloglu and Strictly star Nikita Kuzmin.
The show is set to last for three weeks, and the public will be able to vote for their favourite housemate, with the celeb with the lowest number of votes being given the boot. ITV has yet to address the rumoured list of participants, and has neither confirmed nor denied any of the celebrities said to be going into the house.
The star-studded line-up will be chopped down quicker than usual with not one but two evictions a week, hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best have confirmed. Will told Daily Star and other press: “We know from chatting to housemates that have been in how the mood is effected by evictions and nominations. Eviction and nominations happening more often just ranks up the pressure and it will really mess with their heads.
“I think Big Brother doesn’t need to do much to bring out extreme reactions from celebs compared to the civilians but it doesn’t mean that Big Brother won’t do weird and wonderful things to them.” AJ and Will are yet to know the names of the housemates fans will be watching every night for the next few weeks but they’ve teased exactly what types of celebrities they’d like to watch on telly.”
Celebrity Big Brother: Live Launch, Monday at 9pm on ITV1, ITVX, STV and STV Player
