EastEnders fans were left cheering at their screens as they claimed the “real Kat Slater is back.”
The soap icon, played by Jessie Wallace, is famous for her man-eating ways. And during Thursday’s episode (February 29) Kat was back at it when she seduced a dodgy divorce lawyer Roger Peel.
The lawyer was working with Nish Panesar to scam Kat amid her split from Phil Mitchell. Fans will recall how the couple split earlier this year after his affair with Emma Harding was exposed.

And in a bid to take all her money during the divorce from Phil, Nish wormed his way into Kat’s life. However, Nish had no idea she had rumbled that he was using her.
At first, Suki tried to warn Kat that Nish was dangerous, demanding she steer cleer but Walford alum Kat ignored her. And in a bid to get her own back, Kat met with lawyer Roger and seduced him. Wearing a plunging shirt that showed off her chest, Kat leaned over next to the him as he read over her file.
The pair started kissing passionately on the table – before Kat revealed it was a set-up – pointing out the CCTV camera recording them. Suki then arrived and both she and Kat blackmailed Roger for dirt on Nish. And it’s fair to say fans were left rejoicing at their screens at the fact Kat “was back” after she seduced the lawyer.
On X, formerly known as Twitter, one person said: “Kat is back! Proper self-proclaimed Kat!!!” Someone else added: “Kat with her boobs out..…” A third quipped: “Kat is gagging for it.” Another person proclaimed: “Kat really is back! We use to pray for times like these!”
Although she thought she had tricked Nish, Kat had no idea Priya was listening who then told Nish the truth. Later on, Nish invited Kat for a drink before sneakily locking the door.
Kat then received a call from Suki telling her Nish knows everything. Things took a dramatic turn when Nish started to attack Kat. Luckily, she managed to escape where ran out in the square. Stacey, Eve and Suki then arrived who protected Kat while Stacey ripped into Nish.
In retaliation, Nish headed back inside and phoned up the police to talk about the events at Christmas. He then lied and said Stacey had attacked him.
