Jessica Biel isn’t shy when it comes to talking about her vagina – and for good reason.
The Hollywood actress, 41, has been an advocate for sex education for years, joining up with WomanCare Global for their Then Who Will campaign and even launching Tryst Network – a sex positive resource to provide accurate information about bodies, puberty and sex.
That means she’s always up for discussing the power of her “magical” vagina, and even started teaching her son about his body when he was only two years old. She revealed at the MAKERS Conference in 2018: “I have a two and a half year old and we’re starting sex education now.

“We’re using technical terms… we shower together, and [we say], ‘This is what I’ve got. This is what you’ve got.’ We just talk about it. I know it’s really young, but I really believe that if you start this early, there’s no shame.”
The star went on: “It’s a beautiful thing. You have it and mine is different and it’s cool, man. We have to respect ourselves and respect each other. So I believe it starts really young.”
Jessica says she is “always trying to have a higher sexual IQ” when it comes to her own personal life – and even revealed the best sex tip she’s ever received.
Super vagina
While fronting her digital series If You Don’t Tell Them, Then Who Will?, Justin Timberlake’s wife admitted she has a “super large” vagina, which led to increased menstrual bleeding until she got a hormone-free IUD.
Along with Whitney Cummings and Joy Bryant, Jessica wondered if the metal in IUDs could be “struck by lightning”, with Whitney joking: “That’s I think, how Superwoman started.” As Jessica questioned: “I have a super vagina?”
“Superwoman’s IUD got struck by lightning. That’s how she learned to fly,” Whitney quipped. Jessica then wondered if that was worth risking a “stronger, nastier period” for, and explained she suffers from a heavy flow.
The awkward sex ed talk didn’t end there. The topic soon turned to “extra large condoms”, as Jess admitted: “The other problems with the big, large condoms is that they fall off. Have you ever had that moment when you’re laying there with your dude and you say, ‘You gotta get in there. You gotta find it.'”
Sex tips
The best sex advice Jessica ever received was sage indeed, as she revealed: “Don’t do it in the ocean!” There are plenty of good reasons to avoid romping in open waters – including the risk of drowning, while strong currents can make pleasure difficult to achieve.
The sea may also contain parasites which could lead to water-borne diseases, and come with awkward public indecency charges if anyone catches you in the act. Having sex in water can also increase the risk of yeast infections, while chlorine can irritate the vulva.

During a candid Reddit AMA with WomanCare Global’s Saundra Pelletier, Biel couldn’t resist opening up about her love of sex toys. She admitted during the event: “Vaginas are magical things. I like that. Or, go with the line that vaginas are weird and scary, and like bleed for seven days, so they shouldn’t be trusted.”
She was then asked what has improved most over the years when it comes to women’s health and pleasure, and had the cheeky response: “Vibrators!”
Jessica added during the AMA: “All we have left really, truly in this world that we can control is our own integrity. I don’t mean that like sexual integrity, I mean that as a human being. You choose. You choose how you live your life, what you deserve. Be good to yourself. Don’t worry about all that other sh**. You can’t control it anyway, so who cares?”
