Married at First Sight UK beauty Jay Howard has opened up about her future following her split from husband Luke Worley.
The blushing bride may have not found her happily ever after on the E4 social experiment show but she’s hinted at “exciting” projects which are in the pipeline and is not ruling out a return to television.
Jay and Luke were booted out of MAFS UK last year after Luke got physical with fellow contestant Jordan Gayle which resulted in the experts telling him to leave the show for good.

The pair split after leaving the experiment and despite being axed early, Jay has revealed that it hasn’t put her off working in television again. She told Daily Star: “There have been a lot of exciting talks in the background about things that are coming up and it will definitely be coming soon. Watch this space.
“I would definitely be up for more reality tv, something maybe more physically challenging rather than emotional feeling and very raw emotion. I did love the experience of working in TV so I wouldn’t say no to doing TV again. It has given me a lot of personally growth.
“It is sad my relationship didn’t work out, which is what I went in for, but if I didn’t go for it and I wasn’t vulnerable then I wouldn’t be in the position I am in now and I am completely different and I’m not the same person I was 12 months go and it’s a good thing because I’m moving forward.”
Since appearing on the show, Jay, who was born without part of her left arm, has become a disability advocate and has been invited to the prestigious 100 Club at the House of Lords and become an ambassador for Reach, the UKs leading limb difference charity supporting young people and their families. Later this month, she’s set to be honoured with an award of her own at the Power of Women Awards 2024.
Jay said: “Society at the moment is getting a lot of have representation for all the different communities out there and I’ve had a lot of messages from people saying how much of an inspiration I have been and at the time I didn’t think I was an inspiration person because I just see myself as normal and like every one else.
“People have said my confidence has helped them be more confident and parents have messaged me asking for advice. I really appreciate the love and support I’ve received because I wasn’t expecting it at all. It was completely different for me growing up as oppose to children growing up nowadays because it was unheard of 30 years ago.
“It was betrayed like you was weird and you were an outcast of society and as the years have gone on it has gone a lot more better and it more educational. It’s just nice to show people we are not outcasts and we can still do things everyone else but it just takes us a bit longer.”
