Former Dancing On Ice star Caprice has opened up on her secret to keeping slim at 52 – her 250-calorie burning sex sessions.
The model, born Caprice Bourret in California in 1971, rose to fame in the 1990s when she appeared on scores of magazine covers including Playboy and British lad mags, Maxim and FHM. Also a businesswoman, Caprice appeared in the ITV rink in 2020 with both Hamish Gaman and Oscar Peter before standing down after just four weeks.
A spokesperson for the star later revealed her “mental wellbeing has been affected over the last two months and recent stories leaked to the press are not only salacious but extremely hurtful”. Now after putting her troubles behind her, the blonde bombshell has detailed several aspects of her love life.

The married mum of two boys told the My Dirty Laundry podcast that there’s no substitute for a “good old-fashioned orgasm” as its the only exercise she can bear in her 50s.

Caprice, who married businessman Ty Comfort in 2019 admitted: “Everyone’s a winner. Count me in. And we lose 250 calories, so I’m all in.” Caprice, who has dated footballer Tony Adams, cricketer Kevin Pietersen, rocker Rod Stewart and Blue’s Lee Ryan in the past, continued: “Everything’s different [now] from age 25 to 30. I can’t even remember. It feels like a lifetime ago.
“I don’t even know how I did it. I mean, honestly, my life, you know, for like 15 years, my life was very big, you know, travelling everywhere, travelling first class. Now I’ve travel with seven people and work, you know, next to the toilets and economy, you know. Things have changed quite a bit. And it was very rock and roll. It was, I was meeting everyone in the entertainment industry. I was making good money, but now it’s much better.”

Caprice also revealed that her sex sessions have kept her in good shape for more modelling work after previously suffering a dip in confidence. She recently posed for fashion brand Peacocks – her first lingerie shoot in a decade.
“I am definitely not as confident as I used to be, she continued in the podcast. “It’s been a long time since I’d done a shoot like the recent lingerie one. A lot has changed with my body, but once I got my kit off, I was just fine.

“I have to work damn hard at my body and anyone that says they don’t is completely delusional. It’s tough. But it’s my business and it makes me feel good, so I work at it. I take a lot of vitamins, I do red light therapy, I do cold baths, I do Botox, intermittent fasting. I mean, I do the lot, you know? But who likes exercising?”
In a versatile career that has also seen her star in Hollyoaks and Dream Team and sign to record label Virgin Records, Caprice says she would now like to make her “dreams come true” in another venture, despite reportedly being worth a cool £24 million. “I’ve always wanted to do a Christmas movie and nobody was hiring me for whatever reason,” she said. “So I just thought, sod it. I’m gonna fricking do this myself. That’s what’s coming.”
