The certificate states the cause as cardiac arrhythmia, acute myocardial ischemia and severe coronary artery atheroma. In addition to this, the star also had an intraplaque hemorrhage.

According to The British Heart Foundation, an arrhythmia is an abnormal heart rhythm which can ultimately affect the body’s ability to function as normal. The Mayo Clinic also describes Myocardial ischemia as a condition tht can occur when blood flow to your heart is reduced, preventing the heart muscle from receiving enough oxygen.
