‘Louis Walsh is ruder on camera than off – he would only compliment me off-screen’

Celebrity Big Brother star Louis Walsh is nicer off camera – according to an X Factor star.

The former ITV judge made a lasting impression on one contestant who starred on the show in 2014. Louis wasn’t his mentor, as Simon Cowell took the reigns, but he still had many ncounters with him.

Stevi exclusively told us: “Louis was actually a lot nicer off-screen, honestly, he was quite brutal to me on the live shows and often slated my singing or song choice. But behind-the-scenes, he would come into my dressing room and have a chat and genuinely be really friendly.”

The singer also commented on Louis’ time on CBB as he approaches the final. The music industry pro has been a very divisive contestant during this series and has torn viewers with his unique character.

Stevi commented: “I think people need to realise, he’s earned his stripes, if he wants to be a bit of a diva in there, he just can. He’s got a lot more experience in the industry and he’s a lot older and wiser, I think he’s earned the right to be a little bossy.”

The X Factor star recently shared a throwback snap on his Instagram of him and the Irish legend. The pic showed them posing in his ITV dressing room together.

Stevi hopes that Louis will win the show and says he “deserves” is – despite many fans believing it was “rigged” for him to make it to the final. One wrote: “It’s definitely rigged because the producers know every single housemate would of given that snake to Louis so this is just some bs way of making him immune #CBBUK”
