Christine McGuinness wows in plunging white gown as she shows off famous curves

Christine McGuinness dazzled in a silky white dress at John Caudwell’s Butterfly Ball.

The model and TV star was all smiles as she posed next to a giant white unicorn statue at the ball held at Fantasia 3, Waddesdon Manor. Christine, who has shared her own autism diagnosis, attended the event to support kids with autism and disabilities to raise £1.2 million for charity.

Big business bosses were also at the party thrown by John Caudwell and his partner Modesta. John’s Life Changers Circle promised to give £1m to the charity over the next 10 years.

Among them were hotel bigwigs Surinder and Sunita Arora, property tycoons Leanne and Graeme Carling, generous givers Avnish and Anita Goyal and business whizzes Oliver and Roisin Chapman and Harry Fenner. Junior Andre, son of Katie Price and Peter Andre, filled in for his dad, who is a charity ambassador. This happened while the Mysterious Girl singer is waiting for his new baby with his wife Emily to arrive, reports the Mirror.

Other supporters included rugby hero Chris Robshaw, music maker Jamie Scott and picture taker Mariano Vivanco. At Fantasia 3, floral artist Amie Bone created a night of luxury. Guests gathered to make a real difference in the lives of children. Caudwell Children offers practical and emotional help to thousands of disabled and autistic children every year. They support children and families with workshops, short breaks, treatments and therapies.

They also provide autism assessment services. Christine found out she was autistic in 2021 when she was 33 years old. Her three children, who she shares with her ex-husband Paddy McGuinness, were also diagnosed. While making her TV show Unmasking My Autism, Christine learned about her own neurodiversity. She said it “made so much sense”. She confessed that life was “really difficult” before she knew she was autistic, just like her kids Penelope, Leo and Felicity. She had trouble understanding herself and her own mind.

“I just thought I was odd or weird and I was so hard on myself for being different and for feeling so different,” she shared on Vicky Pattison’s podcast The Secret To. “Thinking, why am I like this? Why do I have to have everything organised? Why do I insist on having white walls? I just thought I’m really difficult to live with, I actually felt that I was difficult to live with because of how I am.”

Christine shared: “Once I was diagnosed, I was like okay, it all makes sense now. I can have a laugh about it now, have a joke, but as a teenager I really struggled. I ended up with an eating disorder, I left school really early and partied a hell of a lot, drank a lot of alcohol from the ages of 14 to 19 and then I stopped and haven’t drank since.” She also said she felt “massively misunderstood” and “didn’t understand myself”, adding: “If I was diagnosed earlier, I’d like to think those things wouldn’t have happened.”
