Cat Deeley has been branded ‘ageless’ by one of her This Morning co-stars as one of her hidden talents was discovered.
Deeley, 47, returned to our screens once again on Thursday (March 28) to present the ITV alongside Ben Shephard. The pair had been discussing the top stories of the day when things took more of a glamorous turn.
Following an interview with former BBC newscaster Kate Silverton, Ben and Cat turned their attention to Hollywood for all the latest showbiz gossip from across the Atlantic. There, Hollywood showbiz reporter Andrew Freund was waiting via a link in order to give viewers a taste of what has been happening in Los Angeles.

After introducing Freund, Ben revealed that there was a surprise in store for the former SM:TV host. Clearly confused by what was going on, Cat looked unsure as Andrew revealed all.
“Now, Andrew, I’m led to believe that you and Cat go way back,” Ben quipped, as Cat grimaced. Andrew responded: “Yeah Ben, I can’t believe what you’re about to see is going to be broadcast on British TV, but you know what – take it away!”
A clip then played of Freund interviewing Cat whilst she was filming a show in Hollywood all the way back in 2011. However, as Deeley relaxed in her seat between takes, she gave a thrilling performance of a verse from 90s rap star Vanilla Ice’s “Ice Ice Baby”.
Delivering a word-for-word perfect performance, she was able to spit bars without the need to stop to remember the lyrics. Watching the clip back, Cat could be seen looking incredibly embarrassed about the video, whilst Ben was seriously impressed at his co-stars rapping skills.
Once the clip came to an end, Ben immediately jumped in and sympathised with Deeley, adding that they grew up when the track was dominating the charts. “Andrew, you can tell Cat and I grew up in the same era cause I could have given you that!” Ben joked.
“We are from that era where Vanilla Ice was just absolutely the bop,” the former Good Morning Britain host added. Cat then interjected, exclaiming a single word: “Peak!”
Andrew then gushed over the presenter, stating: “I mean, Cat hasn’t aged in 13 years and I feel like I’m 12 years old there. So, Cat, I don’t know what you’re doing but I want some of it!”
Deeley then offered a piece of advice to the American reporter as Ben tried to hurry the conversation along. “Keep doing it, essentially – is what I would say, Andrew,” Cat beamed.
This Morning airs every weekday at 10am on ITV1 and ITVX.
