Kirsten Dunst fans concerned over changing voice as they ‘don’t recognise her’

Kristen Dunst’s fans have been left stunned over her voice in a recent video.

The clip was posted on TikTok and in the video’s caption, BBC News said that Kirsten “didn’t even think to ask” to be paid in line with her male co-stars. In the clip, Dunst said that she “grew up in a time” when there was “major pay disparity,” but many fans were more concerned about her voice.

The star said that she was a teenager at the time and admitted the thought to ask for equal pay didn’t cross her mind. Kirsten said: “I was 17, I’m still learning, you know? At that age, I’m still learning my taste in film! I didn’t even know there was a place to challenge it. That’s how it felt at 17.”

Fans flocked to the comment sections to share their thoughts on Kristen’s statement. Many praised the actress for her beauty and impressive career, but a few people also commented on her voice.

One critic added: “I love Kirsten Dunst and I know voices can change with age/health changes but she sounds like a cigarette mom now. But in the best way possible, lol.” More people couldn’t believe Dunst’s changing sound as one comment read: “Wow, her voice.”

Someone in the comment section defended the actress and wrote: “The search says Kirsten Dunst voice change. Do y’all seriously not know how ageing works? How non-human do you have to be to ask such naive questions, [really].”

“Whoa, I didn’t even recognise her at first because of her voice,” quipped one TikTok user. Many people also praised the actress’ career and admitted they “love” the star, while someone typed: “Kirsten Dunst has sooo many great films. She was my childhood as well [red heart emoji].”

Someone even joked that Dunst “not having won an Oscar is so offensive” as another fan said she is “ageing so gracefully”. Kirsten has a huge fanbase and is one of the most recognisable faces in Hollywood.

The star is known for her roles in Spider-Man and Marie Antoinette

The star rose to fame back in the late eighties and her breakout role came as Claudia in Interview With The Vampire. As a youngster, Dunst also landed roles in Little Women and Jumanji, while later on she starred in The Virgin Suicides, Bring It On, Spider-Man and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
