Take That fans could barely recognise Mark Owen when he appeared on Saturday Night Takeaway with a fresh new look.
The singer has been sporting longer hair and a moustache of late, but when he went on Ant and Dec’s ITV show on Saturday (6 April), he had shaved off his facial hair and had a new fresh-faced look. Viewers admitted they were relieved to see the singer’s transformation, with some saying it took them back to their younger years.
“Thank goodness Mark Owen has cut his hair #LookingGood,” one person posted on X. “Mark Owen’s cut his hair. At last,” said someone else.

“Mark is looking so much better!” another admirer declared. Someone else posted: “Mark Owen is taking me back to my youth after ditching that god awful moustache and growing back his curtains. And I’m here for it.”

“Baby faced Mark is back!” exclaimed someone else, saying the star looked “beautiful” after his makeover. “Oh wow Mark’s hair,” said another impressed fan. One joked: “HURRAH! Mark Owen is a hobo no more!”
Others said the chart star looked way younger than his 52 years with his shorter do and clean-shaven face. “Mark looks so much younger now he’s had his hair cut…” one said. “Mark looks so much better and younger with his hair cut and no moustache,” agreed someone else. “He’s suddenly aged backwards, Markie please keep this look!” pleaded another.

One chimed in: “Glad to see Mark Owen has tidied himself up.” “Love Mark’s new look,” said someone else, adding: “Really didn’t like the old look.”
Mark was on the programme performing alongside his bandmates Gary Barlow and Howard Donald, and many fans said they were thrilled to see them. “Not just me blubbering over this reunion on Saturday Night Takeaway,” said one.

Another said it was a “shining start to a Saturday evening”. “Not straight away, I WASN’T READY and now I’m crying!!” admitted another fan.
