This Morning’ s Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley loved welcoming Eloise Head onto their show.
The baking sensation, who has just released her third dessert recipe book, joined the show to share her “no bake” recipe – much to the delight of the hosts. Eloise, also known as Fitwaffle, has since praised the pair who welcomed her for her first ever TV appearance.
She’s now hoping it won’t be her last and has her fingers crossed for a baking segment on live telly again.

Speaking to Daily Star, Eloise said: “Cat and Ben made me feel so comfortable. They’re really friendly and warming and a lot of fun. I just thought they were amazing.”
And it seems her feelings were very much reciprocated, with Ben cheekily asking if Eloise was married. At the time, Eloise responded: “Yes, I am married! You like it that much do you?”
A stunned Ben was shovelling more cake into his mouth and told her: “I mean… it’s lovely,” before adding: “Oh yeah… so is my wife by the way!”
Eloise looked back on it as a compliment though, adding: “To be honest, I think that if anyone likes you food that much they say, ‘Are you married?’ That is gonna be a compliment right?”
Her first stint on TV has certainly given her the bug for me too, as Eloise said: “I think that social media is very different to TV. Doing a cooking segment is a lot of fun and I get to reach people that are outside of my audience.
“I think that would be something I would really love to do, hopefully at some point it will be in the pipeline.”
Eloise is now onto her third book, No Bake Baking, but she has no intentions to stop at just three.
She added: “As long as the ideas are still there and there’s a demand for new recipes then I’ll keep them coming. I think I would like to branch into a bit of savoury too, it just opens up a whole new world for me.”
Speaking on the reason for her latest book, Eloise said that with the cost of living crisis she wanted to be able to develop more recipes that didn’t need use of an oven. She added: “I thought it was really important to allow your kids to get involved with it and you didn’t have to turn your oven on.
“I’m really proud of it.”
No Bake Baking is out now, online and in all good book stores.
