Kourtney Kardashian is living up to her word that she will continue to be real when it comes to her postpartum journey.
The new mum who welcomed her fourth child last November wanted to remind those who are on their post-birth journey’s to always love their own bodies. No matter what shape or size.
Kicking back with her sister’s on holiday, who looked incredibly tanned and toned as they bathed on the beach, gave her the gentle nudge that she needed to be kind to herself. Five months ago, Kourtney vowed she would be open and honest about her postpartum journey and she’s certainly doing just that.

Aiming to inspire others, she took to the ocean wearing a fabulous black string bikini as she embraced her body without worrying about her physique. The reality TV star looked effortlessly beautiful and carefree as she opted for zero make-up and wet sea-dipped hair.

Taking to her Instagram story, she had an important message to share with new parents. She said: “Dear new mummies, You body us beautiful at all stages.
“During pregnancy as we are glowing and growing, postpartum as we are healing and shrinking, and then that period I find hardest as our bodies are still adjusting.

The POOSH founder added: “If you’re breastfeeding that’s a whole other part of it. I try to be kind to myself as my body finds a new normal.”
Kourtney finished up with: “The pressure put on us to bounce back when everything is new and different isn’t realistic. Life is beautiful, you are beautiful. Just a little reminder (for me too).

Sure enough, Kourtney couldn’t help poking fun at her sister Kim Kardashian as she left fans in stitches with her hilarious caption. She playfully told fans: “My diamond earring came off in the ocean and it’s gone.”
Avid fans of the Hulu show will recall the hilarious moment when Kim lost a diamond earring in the sea which caused carnage. Kris Jenner certainly hadn’t forgot as she “won the internet” with her witty response within the comments section.

The mum-manager told her daughter: “Kourtney, there are people that are dying…” Fans flocked beneath Kris’ comment to hail her for being “iconic”.
Keeping Up With The Kardashian viewers will have remembered that Kris had actually stolen Kourtney’s original response to Kim when she had lost her earring at sea. Over on her Instagram story, Kourtney continued the sisterly banter.
She took another hilarious stab at her sisters Kim and Khloe as they sizzled on the beach in tiny swimwear, adding: “I love taking pics with my sisters.”
