EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa has reportedly been “trapped” with her family in Dubai.
Jac, who shares two children with her former TOWIE husband Dan Osborne saw their holiday turn into a “nightmare” amid flash floods in the Gulf Coast. The 31-year old, who plays Lauren Branning in Albert Square, previously fell foul of the Dubai weather on another trip with just Dan in 2019.
Now, the family are stuck in a hotel near the airport as they wait to learn when they will be able to fly back to London. Dan took to Instagram on Tuesday (April 16) to share a snap from their room in which he could be seen smiling as he cuddled daughter Mia, five.

Dan’s son Teddy – from a previous relationship – looked less than impressed, however, as he kept an eye on the conditions outside through the window.

A source told the Sun of their predicament: “Dan and Jacqueline took the kids on a break to Dubai and it’s ended up being a nightmare. They’ve been trapped by the storms and are concerned about getting back home. The airport is chaos.”
They continued: “They’ve hunkered down at their hotel and are hoping for the best.”

According to a weather report in the United Arab Emirates, the storm is bigger the flooding is the worst on record in the country. It resulted in inbound flights being cancelled or diverted, with disruptions ongoing.
Dubai’s transport hub said in a statement on X (formerly Twitter): “We advise you NOT to come to the airport, unless absolutely necessary. Flights continue to be delayed and diverted. Please check your flight status directly with your airline. We are working hard to recover operations as quickly as possible in very challenging conditions.”

Earlier this month Jacqueline was forced to respond to rumours she had split from Dan, meanwhile. It came after she was snapped without her wedding ring on.
Taking to her Instagram story, however, she later posted a snap of Dan outside of the theatre alongside their kids. She added the caption: “Can’t stop thinking about this show. I wake up thinking about it. Thank you Dan for taking us and continuing for give us amazing memories with the babies. Excited for this half term to make some more.”
