This Morning’s Josie Gibson has shut down dating rumours with fellow TV presenter Stephen Mulhern.
On Saturday (April 13), the blonde bombshell, 39, and her co-star Stephen, 47, were spotted walking outside the studio straight to the set of the final episode of Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway. While more than four million viewers tuned into the ITV special, many couldn’t take their eyes off the pair who were seen holding hands on the night.
It’s fair to say the duo looked utterly relaxed, with the mum-of-one rocking a camouflage jacket and mint green T-shirt. She styled her golden tresses in a beautiful, blown out quiff as she strutted her stuff to set.

Meanwhile, Stephen sported a navy jacket which he layered over a white top and a pair of blue jeans. But despite the wave of speculation surrounding the two secretly dating, Josie has now set the record straight.
When asked about the recent snaps, she admitted to OK! magazine that love was not on the cards for the pair. Insisting that the pair were simply “best friends”, she told the publication: “Stephen? Oh, he’s so lovely.
“We are really good friends. I really adore him, but there’s no romance in the air. But he’s so nice. Every bloke that I come in contact with, the press seems to think that I’m having it off with them. People must think I’m a right goer.”
The doting mum added that is hoping to dispel the idea that she is on the lookout for a new boyfriend. She explained: “I’m not like that. To be with somebody or to even kiss somebody, I’ve really got to love them.
“I can’t give my energy over when I’m not completely into it. You know when you get the magic connection? For me it only comes around like once every seven years or eight years.
“I love the love because those are very, very special [moments] when you find them.” The TV star, who shot to fame in 2010 when she won the 11th series of Big Brother, revealed that she has been single since her relationship with her ex-partner Terry came to an end.
The former couple’s romance began in 2017, despite knowing one another for several years. They went on to welcome their son Reggie-James, 6, that September but decided to go their separate ways the following year.
Meanwhile, Stephen has kept his card close to his chest when it comes to his love life, although he has been romantically liked with EastEnders star Emma Barton. The couple became close during the panto production of Snow White in Birmingham but eventually decided to call it quits in 2011.
Seven years later, Stephen told Celebs Now he hadn’t been on a date “in four years”, adding “that makes me sound really sad! I need a life. I need to stop working so much.”
