Sunday Brunch presenter Tim Lovejoy has been left with his egg on his face after making an embarrassing blunder.
Joining Tim and his co-host Simon Rimmer on Sunday (April 28) were guests Jess Glynne, Sue Perkins, Sophie Thompson, Josh Widdicombe and Jason Fox. It was SAS: Who Dares Wins star Jason who stole the show, however, as he issued a damning response to an unintentionally personal question from Tim.
“We need to say congratulations to one of our guests – Jason went and got married so congratulations, Jason,” said Tim during one of the show’s segments.. “Did you enjoy it?”

Jason responded: “Of course,” before revealing he married in London and headed to Jordan on honeymoon. Tim asked: “Oh, what’s that like?”
Jason added: “It’s amazing there. I thoroughly recommend it and the people are so friendly.” After Simon discussed the country’s attractions, Tim asked Jason what he’d been up to whilst “on holiday” appearing to forget it was a honeymoon.
Offering a wry smile to the camera, Jason quipped: “It was my honeymoon.” As the studio burst into laughter, comedian and presenter Sue could be heard in the background complaining: “Come on guys, not while I’m eating!”
The camera panned back to Tim who was now blushing with his hand on his head as he declared it was time to “move on”. Jason appeared on the show to plug his new book, Embrace The Chaos.
The former Royal Marine is currently on a book signing tour, meanwhile. Now a mental health advocate, he has also been busy promoting his latest work via his Instagram account. “My new book Embrace The Chaos is broken in to 4 key parts and each one includes 13 tactics to help you succeed,” he explained in a video.
“The first part is mission. A key tactic for this – the fear factor! Part 2 is is centred around Recovery. An invaluable tactic from this section – Live a Parallel Life.”
Sunday Brunch airs every Sunday on Channel 4 at 9:30am
