1000-lb Sisters’ star Tammy Slaton has set the record straight about her love life, quashing rumours of a romance with a TikTok influencer.
Tammy, who has achieved an impressive weight loss of 440lb (31 stone), revealed in a TikTok video that she is dating a woman named Andrea. This comes after speculation arose when Tammy was spotted filming clips with TikTok sensation Haley Michelle.
However, Tammy clarified, “there is nothing there” responding to fans’ comments and queries.

She told her followers: “Yes that girl in the video is me, but the other girl – the blonde – is Haley Michelle, one of my best friends. There is nothing there y’all.”

In a direct address to the camera, she continued: “Like I wish people would stop assuming stuff about me, like I appreciate you all trying to look out for me and everything, believe me I do. I have a girlfriend. Haley is just my friend, my girlfriend’s name is Andrea, that’s all I’m going to say about my girlfriend,” reports the Mirror.
She concluded by saying: “Haley is honestly just a friend, she is married to a man. And the other girl Paela, she’s married to a man. It’s all friendship, we’re just friends.”
Fans have been buzzing about the clip, with one supporter posting: “Don’t worry about what people say that’s your business!” Another chimed in: “A girl can have friends! Keep going lady!” And a third fan declared: “Girl don’t explain anything! They just be haters! You’re looking fabulous!”

She dished out more details, adding: “I kinda stopped messing with guys after my husband passed. So, I’m like a lesbian. I was just showing support. I’m not a hater. Love is love. Everybody deserves love whether they’re gay, straight, trans, pan, bi, nonbinary, whatever. I’m just a lover.”
In a shocking turn of events, Tammy has reached her lightest weight since her adolescent years. Always keeping her fans on the loop about her weight loss journey, the star was informed of reaching a new milestone during a follow-up to her weight loss surgery.
Sharing her experience on 1000-lb Sisters, Tammy confessed her appointment had caused her some anxiety. During a heartfelt moment in the show, she admitted: “I was so worried about the number, but in six months I lost over 100 pounds. The last time I weighed this low I was like 15, 16. It’s mind-blowing, like, I freaking really did this.”
