Hailie Jade Scott has tied the knot with Evan McClintock in a low-key ceremony.
The daughter of Eminem, known as the Real Slim Shady, looked breathtaking in her bridal gown as she said her vows on Saturday (May 18) in Battle Creek, Michigan. She even managed to share a dance with her famous father to commemorate the special day.
Reports suggest that Hailie Jade and Evan exchanged their “I do’s” in an intimate ceremony attended by close friends and family. Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Bruce Mathers III, was dressed to the nines for the event, donning an all-black tuxedo and Hollywood-style sunglasses.

The couple got hitched at Greencrest Manor, where the “average investment” for a wedding ranges between £66,000 ($85,000) and £82,000 ($105,000) for a single-day rental, and between £82,000 and £106,000 ($135,000) for a “full weekend guest experience”, reports the Mirror.

Sharing her joy on Instagram, Hailie wrote: “Waking up a wife this week. We couldn’t have asked for a better, more beautiful weekend celebration. So so many happy tears were shed, laughs and smiles were had, and so much love was felt. Evan and I are feeling so grateful for all of the family and friends that travelled to support us and be a part of this new chapter of our lives as husband and wife.”
Last February, Hailie took to Instagram to announce her engagement to long-time love Evan. The 27-year-old influencer shared the heartwarming news with her 3million followers, posting a series of snaps capturing the dreamy proposal moment. “Casual weekend recap,” she captioned the post, which included a photo of her now-fiance on bended knee.

The comment section of the post was flooded with congratulatory messages from fans, and some couldn’t resist dropping references to Hailie’s legendary dad. One fan quipped, “Looks like his knees were weak,” while another chimed in with, “Wonder if he asked the goat.” A third commented, “Did slim approve haha.” followed by another who added, “Now to wait for Slim Shady’s response.”
Hailie Jade and Evan have been an item since 2016, and it’s been reported that Eminem gives the relationship his full blessing. Evan holds an executive position at an investigation management firm and reportedly has a net worth between $1-$5million.
The couple met during their time at Michigan State University, where Hailie studied psychology and Evan majored in economics. In the past, Hailie has opened up about her experiences as the child of a famous parent, calling it “surreal.”

In 2022, she delved into her unique upbringing on her podcast “Just a Little Shady”, which she co-hosts with her childhood bestie Brittany Edni. In a heartwarming trip down memory lane, the duo, who were as close as sisters back in the day, reminisced about their youthful adventures.
They chatted about hopping on a tour bus together, which at the time seemed pretty standard to them but now they acknowledge was actually quite a “cool” experience. Brittany recalled being invited onto the bus by Hailie Jade, although at the time she didn’t grasp the significance of it, despite it being “somewhat normal” for her mate from school.

Hailie Jade chimed in: “That wasn’t like the whole experience [though]. We were in a normal public school. We never thought anything was like different.” During the podcast episode, she elaborated: “When something like that happened, I thought ‘Oh like everybody else does this too’ not realising that that’s like freaking weird.”
Reflecting on those times, Hailie Jade added: “Thinking back as an adult, I’m like ‘wow that’s so surreal’ and those memories of me just thinking those were normal things, I’m like ‘holy crap that was cool’.”
