Skin actress Megan Prescott shot to fame as fiery Katie Fitch – but it seems there weren’t just fireworks on screen.
The TV star, now 34, shot to fame at 16 when she starred in the teen drama which followed the lives of a group of college students who partied a lot harder than they studied. The show focused on the turbulent relationships between the pals – but it seems like they didn’t always get on well in real life, either.
Megan joined the iconic series with her twin sister Kathryn, who played Emily Fitch. However, Megan appeared to have a prior feud with another Skins actress, Lily Loveless, who played Naomi Campbell.

Although this didn’t last long – before the two of them realised they could actually have a “strong bond” after originally both thinking they hated each other. Megan exclusively explained: “It’s so weird thinking about it now but I was terrified of Lily and I later found out she was also terrified of me – because we both had resting b**** faces.
“Kathryn, Lily, and I all went to a Saturday drama class when we were younger. Then years later, I was at one of the Skins auditions and we saw Lily in the waiting room.
“I remember being like ‘Oh no, if Lily gets it, it’s going to be really awkward because I think she hates me.’ But I ended up saying that to her and she was like ‘I thought the same thing about you’.
“But as soon as we started filming we were like ‘Oh ok, this is a good bond’. We’re still really good friends now and we actually ended up living with each other for three years.”
Megan has recently paid homage to Katie Fitch as she recreated some snaps from her Skins era – but this time fully nude. The racy pics are to help promote and fund her one-woman Edinburgh Fringe theatre show titled ‘Really Good Exposure’.
Telling us what to expect from the show, Megan exclusively said: “Officially, you should expect strong language and full frontal nudity, performing nude is an important part of the show because it’s all about being in control of your nudity.
“I’ve been doing research for the show for the past decade as it’s very loosely based on my own experience. So, the character and a lot of the storylines in it are fictional but it’s about things that either did happen to me or very easily could have happened to me or someone I know.”
Megan Prescott will star in Really Good Exposure which will be performed at the Underbelly at the Edinburgh Festival from 1-25 August. Tickets can be found here.
