Love Island fans were left cringing when Joey Essex and his ex Grace Jackson started snogging.
Viewers rushed to X, formerly Twitter, to complain about the pair as they rekindled their romance on Sunday night (June 16). Model Grace shocked Joey when she entered the villa on Friday along with fellow bombshells, hunky Wil Anderson and Tiffany Leighton.
Grace’s arrival has ruffled Joey’s villa flame Samantha Kenny, who decided to sleep on the daybeds on Sunday as she didn’t want to get in the way of Joey and Grace. But she had nothing to worry about as Joey and Grace got to spend the night in another villa.

Grace, Wil and Tiffany were given the chance to enjoy a getaway with an Islander of their choice. , Wil decided to take Uma Jammeh, and Tiffany chose Ronnie Vint. Grace, unfortunately for Samantha, opted to take Joey.

It didn’t take long for Joey and Grace to start kissing during a dip in the pool, but fans of the ITV dating show weren’t too impressed with all the steamy smooches. Some begged for the pair to get a room.
One fan on X fumed: “Nah they need to get a room what the heck”. Another wrote: “Joey and Grace are we interrupting something?????”.
A third added: “#LoveIsland will joey and grace ever stop kissing help me …”. A fourth said: “Me when Joey kissed Grace within 30 seconds of leaving Samantha”.
It’s said Grace has “unfinished business” with the TOWIE star. The pair had been dating for about six weeks earlier this year, but things went south fast and the couple called it quits soon after.
According to sources, Joey was rather smitten with the babe, 25, and went to every length to woo her – including some fine dining and expensive treats. But soon after, Essex put an end to the relationship once things became deeper than he wanted it to, leaving the woman devastated.

Speaking to MailOnline, an insider close to the former couple said: “Joey dated Grace for six weeks and she was less than impressed by the way their relationship ended. There’s definitely some unfinished business between them and she isn’t going to hold back in expressing how she feels in the villa.”
The source added: “She’s drop dead gorgeous, and Joey is bound to regret the way he treated her, not to mention the pressure it’s going to put on his new romance with Samantha.” Mancunian model Grace has previously had issues with her lovers, many of whom were unable to deal with her fast-paced lifestyle.
