Love Island Samantha’s surgery ‘exposed’ as surgeon weighs in on star’s look

A plastic surgeon has analysed Love Island’s Samantha Kenny.

Dr Fadi Hamadani has spoken exclusively to Daily Star and discussed what specific surgeries the former islander may have used.

“Samantha may have chosen lip augmentation with fillers for fuller, more defined lips. Non-surgical treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers are frequently used to reduce wrinkles and enhance facial contours, particularly in the forehead, cheeks, and jawline.’’

Prior to entering the villa, Samantha opened up on her pre-villa prep and confessed that she was “ready body wise” as she “goes to the gym a lot anyway”. Kenny then admitted: “The only thing I’ve had done, genuinely, was Botox. I get that anyway, I get it every couple of months […] I’ve had my Botox done and other than that, I’ve had a facial, switched up my skincare, but that’s it really.”

“I get my lips done anyway, but these haven’t been touched since Christmas. So other than that, I haven’t really done much!”

Dr Fadi also discussed current islander Harriett Blackmore’s potential plastic surgeries. He told Daily Star: ““Harriet’s face appears slimmer and more lifted and contoured, which could be due to weight loss, but it’s also likely she has had aesthetic treatments such as FaceTite and Morpheus8. FaceTite uses radiofrequency energy to address skin laxity, while Morpheus8 combines micro-needling and radio frequency technology to stimulate collagen production and improve skin texture, potentially giving her that lifted look.”

Hamadani also said that the starlet “might have opted for a rhinoplasty to achieve a more defined nose shape.” Dr Hamadani said that it is “important to note” that although cosmetic procedures “can enhance certain features,” he warned that they may “sometimes lead to an older appearance [on some people] if not done judiciously”.

Harriett and Samantha are stars of the 2024 season of Love Island, which began airing earlier this month. The series kicked off on 3 June on ITV and this year, fans of the show were treated to a surprise bombshell.

Joey Essex from The Only Way Is Essex was sent in and sparked up a romance with Samantha, but sadly this was called off after Joey’s ex Grace entered the villa.
