Netflix’s seven-part documentary series America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders has made this year’s group of performers particularly popular with fans across the globe.
Over seven episodes, we see these talented performers overcome many obstacles to make the extremely competitive squad and cheer in front of huge crowds.
But where are members of the DCC now? We take a closer look at what fan favourites from this series are doing these days, as well as some famous alumni who have enjoyed successful careers outside of cheerleading.
Whether they’re winning some of America’s biggest reality shows or starring in hugely popular television dramas, it seems these girls really can do it all.

DCC veteran and team captain Kelcey Wetterberg was emotional at the end of the seven-part series as she bid farewell to her beloved DCC team.
The medical professional has now moved on from cheering, continuing her meaningful work as a full-time nurse. She is set to marry her fiancé Nate later this year.
Victoria Kalina
Victoria didn’t always have an easy time with DCC, as while it was her dream job in many ways, she also faced various challenges throughout her tenure.
The dancer bravely opened up about her mental health struggles during her time on the Netflix show, discussing both her depression and her eating disorder.
At the end of the show, Victoria made the difficult decision to leave DCC after four years after it was made clear to her that she was unlikely to bag a senior role within the team.
Since then, she has moved to New York City and is pursuing her dream of becoming a Rockette.
She told fans on YouTube: “I’ve always known that after cheering for the Cowboys I wanted to continue my dance journey in New York City.
“I might go up there and hate it, but I don’t think that’s gonna happen because I’ve been dreaming of New York City being my home forever. And I’m so excited to say that is finally happening.”
Reece Weaver
Thanks to her peppy personality, rookie Reece quickly became a fan favourite and has shared her plans to return to the DCC next year.
Aside from her cheerleading career, she also tied the knot with her college boyfriend Will Allman, who briefly featured on the show.
Charly Barby
Charly brought fans to tears when she was cut from DCC Training Camp, but viewers will be happy to know the talented dancer hasn’t given up on her dreams.
This year, she is currently auditioning for the 2024 team, so wish her the best of luck!
Ariana McClure
Ari was another cheerleader to be cut from training camp due to her short stature.
However, Ari has since joined the rival team Miami Dolphins, cementing her successful career as an NFL cheerleader.
Anna Kate Sundvold
Anna was thrilled to make the DCC team last year following some careful coaching from her veteran sister Caroline.
The performer, who also works in financial planning services, has confirmed she will reauditioning for her spot this year.
She is also celebrating four years with her boyfriend Michael Snyder, so things are looking pretty good for Anna!
Caroline Sundvold
On the Netflix show, recent DCC retiree Caroline opened up about her struggle over what to do next and how to deal with leaving such a tight-knit group.
However, since then she has landed an impressive new role as an account manager for medical equipment manufacturer, Stryker.
Melissa Rycroft

Outside of the latest cohort of DCC members, there have been some pretty famous alumni to come out of generations gone by.
One of these stars is Melissa Rycroft, who cheered with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders between 2006 and 2008.
Melissa became a household name in America when she won the 13th season of ABC’s The Batchelor.
While she didn’t marry bachelor Jason Mesnick, as it became clear he was still in love with runner-up Molly Malaney, she did go on to marry former boyfriend, salesman Tye Strickland.
Melissa also came second-runner up on season 8 of Dancing with the Stars and won Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars in 2012.
Sarah Shahi
DDC alumna and actress Sarah Shahi cheered with the squad between 1999 and 2000.
The star is probably most famed for appearing in USA Network’s Fairly Legal, as well as CBS’s Person of Interest.
She also portrays Renee Royce in Chicago Fire, Jessica Russo in The Rookie and Billie Connelly in Sex/Life.
More recently, she has appeared in high-profile films like Black Adam and Red, White & Royal Blue.
Jill Marie Jones
Jill Marie Jones was a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader for two years and a Dallas Mavericks dancer for one year.
Many fans of the TV series Girlfriends will recognise Jill as Antoinette ‘Toni’ Marie Childress Garrett, who appeared in 137 episodes of the show.
Jill also starred as Bianca in The Chi, Maggie in Monogamy, Cynthia Irving in Sleepy Hollow and Amanda Fisher in Ash vs Evil Dead.
She has also landed minor roles in American Horror Story and Black-ish.
Jenni Croft
Former DCC performer Jenni Croft, who cheered with the team between 2002 and 2005, also starred on The Bachelor.
Jenni was a runner-up on the 11th season of the show beside DeAnna Pappas, as bachelor Brad Womack from Texas shockingly became the first lead in the history of the show to reject all of the contestants.
Jenni also cheered for basketball team Miami Heat and basketball team Phoenix Suns.
