Someone else added to the conversation: “Incredible show, wish they made more episodes,” while one person gushed: “Absolutely, the best series [I’ve] watched [five star emojis].” More comments read “worth every minute,” “give it a go,” “fantastic series” and “one of the best”.

Fans are gushing that Fauda is the “best show on Netflix”

“One of the best, most realistic, great acting, great stories [on] streaming. I wish I didn’t see them so I could have them to look forward to,” chimed in another eager streamer. “That is one hell of a good series,” wrote one fan and another comment read: “Best TV series I have ever watched, nothing comes close to [it].”

Fauda is a 2015 drama series that ran for four seasons. The show stars Lior Raz, Doron Ben-David, Boaz Konforty, Laetitia Eido, Shadi Mar’i, Ron-Lee Shimon, Idan Amedi, Hisham Suliman, Yaakov Zada Daniel, Itzik Cohen and The Boys star Tomer Capone.

The Boys’ Tomer Capone also stars in the show

A brief synopsis of the show reads: “Doron, an Israeli soldier, comes out of retirement and goes undercover to hunt down a deadly terrorist he thought he had eliminated.” Fauda, meaning “chaos” or “mess” in Arabic, was filmed in Kafr Qasim during the 2014 Gaza War, while the third season is set in the Gaza Strip.

Netflix fans urged others to watch the series

The show was developed by Lior Raz and Avi Issacharoff based on their time in the Israel Defense Forces. Doron, the main character, is a commander in the Mista’arvim unit and in the first series, he and his team pursue a terrorist.

Fauda features dialogue in Hebrew and Arabic and is internationally available to watch on Netflix.
