Oasis reunion ‘confirmed’ with sudden bombshell announcement just days away

Oasis are “set to reunite” after a “secret agreement” was made.

The Sun recently reported that their shock reunion was “secretly agreed” and they are set for a number of UK concerts in 2025. An insider revealed: “This is the reunion no-one thought would ever happen. Liam and Noel have been staunch enemies for well over a decade but they have secretly been back in touch.”

“A deal was put on the table and they both said yes, much to the surprise of the people around them. There will be concerts in the UK next summer and both Noel and Liam are excited to get back out there together.”

According to reports, it is looking likely the pair will take to the stage and rock Glastonbury in 2025, with brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher reportedly burying their long-standing beef for the iconic festival. The duo are tipped to take the event by storm along with a string of massive gigs in London and Manchester.

Whisperings to the Mail on Sunday hint that next summer’s event could be too exciting for them to pass up: “All the speculation about this reunion can get a bit tiresome. But there’s a genuine feeling that next summer’s Glastonbury will be too much of an attraction for Liam and Noel to turn down.”

Oasis fans have long been waiting for the brothers to reunite

Insiders have spilled the tea that the headline slot is waiting just for them: “They have been made aware of the headline slot that’s open for them next summer. Now it’s all down to them.”

The prospect of an Oasis comeback is looking brighter than ever: “It looks more do-able than it has been for years.” After splitting in 2009 due to a fallout, it seems the Gallaghers may finally be ready to patch things up.

Oasis disbanded back in 2009

The buzz doesn’t stop there as The Times reports planned shows at Manchester’s Heaton Park and the colossal Wembley Stadium in London. Neither Liam, 51, nor Noel, 57, have put a stamp on these rumours, but Liam dropped a cheeky clue during his headlining gig at Leeds Festival.

While on stage, Liam quipped: “It is very interesting innit? It is a very interesting situation we’ve found ourselves in,” before tearing into an Oasis hit ‘Half The World Away’.

Liam has driven speculation in recent days tweeting: “I never did like that word FORMER.” Someone quipped that “Heaton Park is terrible for concerts,” to which the Gallagher brother replied: “See you down the front you big fanny.”

Both Noel and Liam are now successful solo artists

Oasis were a rock band formed back in 1991. Originating in Manchester, the group’s lead singers were the Gallagher brothers with Paul Arthurs on guitar, Paul McGuigan on bass and Tony McCarroll on drums.

The band is one of the most recognisable and successful British acts of all time and are in part responsible for the Britpop craze, which began in the 90s and eventually became a genre in its own right. Oasis disbanded back in 2009 after Noel’s sudden departure.

Remaining members of the group continued to play together as Beady Eye until 2014. Noel and Liam have both carried on their singing careers and are now both very successful solo artists.
