“So I’ve decided to do things differently and announced a final tour for this year but it sold out and a lot of people couldn’t get tickets so the promoter said can we do more dates. We are doing ten gigs.”

Brimming with emotions, she added: “It was so moving to say that this is my final tour because it is my life. It has been my life for the past 60 years and the audiences have been with me all the way and I had tears in my eyes so when asked if I could do others I said well if you space them out and make them leisurely for me.”

Lulu interjected: “That’ll all be over soon.””What are your thoughts,” Jon pressed. Gazing at Jon and Sally, Lulu responded: “I don’t really want to go into that.”
