Katie Price has hit back at rumours that she was jetting off to Ibiza just hours before she was due to host a makeup masterclass in Belfast.
The 46-year-old former glamour model sparked confusion after posting a snap from an airport, showing a departure gate for a TUI flight to Ibiza. Despite this, Katie was scheduled to dazzle fans with her beauty tips in Northern Ireland.
The now-deleted post was captioned: “Yesss girls trip pending.” The flight shown in Katie’s photo was set to take off from London Gatwick at 1:55pm and touch down on the party isle at 5:10pm.

Yet, Katie had promised a “night filled with makeup” at her masterclass advertised for Saturday 7 September at 7pm on her website.
Puzzled followers wondered if Katie would make it to the event, but she quickly set the record straight, insisting she’d be at the Belfast class and blasted the gossip that she wouldn’t show. She stated: “Just because I said girls trip pending to Ibiza doesn’t mean I’m going there now and in fact no plans to go when I’m actually on my way to Belfast to a masterclass.”, reports the Mirror.
Katie urged people to “stop twisting and turning things”. The event description promises: “Katie Price will share their top makeup looks and explain how to recreate them alongside their makeup artist.”
Fans can snag tickets for £50 standard or £80 VIP. A note on the site states: “Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. However, if the event is cancelled you will get a full refund.”
Katie has whipped up a storm on Instagram by sharing a teaser of her upcoming appearance in Northern Ireland. “Hi guys, don’t forget I am in Northern Ireland tomorrow. Can’t wait to see you there. Woohoo,” she chirped, directing her followers to her website where tickets for the event were still up for grabs.
However, the excitement was dimmed by memories of earlier this year when Katie axed her Birmingham makeup masterclass at the eleventh hour. She was due to team up with her makeup artist Fern Howe-Shepherd to divulge her favourite glam secrets and show fans how they can mimic them.
The VIP experience would have given die-hard supporters a chance for a coveted meet and greet complete with a photo session with Katie herself.
Desperate fans flocked to social media seeking answers after the last-minute cancellation. Disappointment echoed through the comments with one fan pleading: “Has it been cancelled? ? ? ” while another typed: “Hope I get a refund – I’m dying to go – it was a Christmas present.”
A third added, somewhat ominously, “Don’t the tickets say no refund? I’m sure when she did this before she gave no refunds or rescheduled.”
To add insult to injury, just a month on, Katie left her Brighton audience in the lurch, backing out just hours before the event. Cast back to 2022, and Katie’s makeup masterclass tour hit a few snags, failing to sell out some venues.
