‘Naked Attraction viewers take it too far – one asked me to go to the loo with him’

Naked Attraction contestant Steven Barrett has grown a big fanbase from starring on the show – but some have taken it a step too far.

The TV star, 51, has been enjoying the show stardom and appreciates getting recognised in the street and positive fan DMs, but on occasion, things have been too OTT.

Steve exclusively told us: “I’ve been in gay clubs and will find a lot of people will recognise me and stare, some don’t have the confidence to come over and say anything to me at the time, so I find a lot of then will message me later on.

“They might say something like ‘Oh I saw you earlier, you looked great but I was too worried about coming over’. I always try to reply to people and say they should come over, I don’t think I’m that intimidating!

“I always love interacting with people, I’ve grown my adult business from interacting with my fans, so I do appreciate that and would never complain about that.

“But it’s just the odd person who takes it too far, I was in a club and some younger lad came over and said ‘I’ve been following you for ages – can we just nip to the toilet for a minute?’ I was shocked, I said ‘I know I do adult content but I don’t do anything like that’ I just couldn’t believe it.”

Steven’s DMs have not only been filled with fans but also some famous faces, including some Premier League footballers. He added: “I’ve had a few famous faces drop into my DMs, some footballers, even some Premier League footballers, some that aren’t out yet but are very flirty, and some have been married.

“They’re still hiding, which is sad, but I also used to live a double life when I was younger so I can relate. I used to have a fake name, fake job, everything, so I could hang out with my straight friends and hang out with my gay friends without anyone finding out.

“I think they might DM me as well because I don’t look stereotypically ‘gay gay’. I go to the gym and I work out a lot, so have a different look, so maybe that’s why they feel like they’re more comfortable talking to me because they can relate to me a bit more.”

Steven is now focusing on his exciting new career path which he built to help other online creators sell their snaps online for big bucks. He has his new agency, Elite Models, which he has been working on throughout the past year.
