A reality star had to wear two right shoes to the National Television Awards after being wrong footed.
Race Across The World winner Alfie Watts went shopping for his outfit hours before the bash. He explained: “It didn’t quite go to plan. I’ve gone to put my shoes on – they’ve given me two right shoes. How ridiculous. For God’s sake!”
It meant he had to wear them for the bash, where he was rubbing shoulders with TV’s biggest stars including Davina McCall, Holly Willoughby and Hannah Waddingham.

Alfie, 21, said: “I was on the red carpet in two right shoes. I had somebody say, ‘Why didn’t you check the shoes before leaving the store?’
“Sorry, it’s not my responsibility! I paid £140 for these. I expect one left and one right.”
