Beyoncé once had lunch with Dame Barbara Windsor.
The unlikely pair came face-to-face when Top of the Pops was filmed in a studio next to the EastEnders set years ago.
Destiny’s Child were riding high in the charts at the time so Beyonce was in the UK with bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams.

And when they went for a bite to eat during a break from filming, they rubbed shoulders with the cast of EastEnders including national treasure Babs.

Scott Mills was hosting Top of the Pops that week and couldn’t believe what he was seeing.
He recalled: “Top of the Pops, for a bit, was filmed next to EastEnders.
“Albert Square was here and then Top of the Pops was here.
“There was Destiny’s Child in the BBC canteen queuing up with Peggy Mitchell.
“Flat Eric, Mr Ozio was number one and Destiny’s Child were on that show.

“So you had Beyonce, Michelle, Kelly and Barbara Windsor all queuing up for the salad.”
It wasn’t the only time unlikely meetings happened in the canteen.
Pop stars were regularly mixing with favourites from Walford.
Scott added: “You would see Dane Bowers having a drink with Dot Cotton.”
EastEnders actress Natalie Cassidy, who plays Sonia, was a youngster at the time and she loved seeing pop stars in the canteen.
She said: “It was unbelievable. Some of the best Thursday afternoons of my life.”
