P Diddy was famous for his parties during his golden years on the showbiz scene, with A-listers flocking to his bashes.
His White parties were legendary, drawing a starry crowd to the Hamptons, before he moved the event to other venues in later years.
But it’s been alleged that, behind the scenes, something a lot darker was going on. The hip-hop mogul has faced accusations of sexual assault and is currently in custody awaiting trial on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking. He was arrested in New York earlier this month and has denied all allegations against him.

With all eyes on P Diddy, we have a look at some of the celebs who have been connected to him over the years.
Usher

Usher met Diddy when he was in his teens and at one point he went to live with the hip-hop star for a year, for an experience that has been dubbed “Flavour Camp”.
Discussing his experience of living at Diddy’s home years later, Usher reportedly said on the Howard Stern show that it had been “pretty wild”. “I went there to see the lifestyle,” he said. “And I saw it. But I don’t know if I could indulge and understand what I was even looking at. It was pretty wild…. It was crazy.”
When Stern asked if he’d ever send his own children to the ‘camp’, he replied: “Hell no.”
Around the same time as Diddy was arrested, hundreds of Usher’s X/Twitter posts disappeared and he claimed to fans that his “account got hacked”.

Jay-Z

Jay-Z was friendly with Diddy and the music stars have collaborated over the years, with Jay-Z appearing on Diddy’s album No Way Out.
They have also talked about going into business in the past, with Diddy quoted as saying in 2015: “Me and Jay – we’ve talked about it. We said we want to pick the best one.”
Jay-Z has remained silent on the allegations against Diddy and his arrest – something which 50 Cent has pointed out in a number of messages online since.

Ashton Kutcher

Hollywood star Ashton Kutcher attended some of the music star’s celeb-packed get togethers and they are known to have been friends.
Talking about their friendship on a Hot Ones interview a few years ago, he said: “It started over Punk’d because he was like, ‘Yo, you can’t punk me!’ I was like, ‘I don’t know what to tell you, everybody is on the table.’ He’s like, ‘Not me, I’m off the table.’ That started our conversation. We became fast friends and we used to just hang out, watch football together.”

Khloe Kardashian

Several of the Kardashians are known to have rubbed shoulders with Diddy at parties. Khloe Kardashian once shared on Keeping Up With The Kardashians that she went to a Diddy party where people were in the nude.
Talking to her sister Kourtney, she said: “I got on a plane at 5.30am. Well, this party… I think half the people there were butt naked.”
“You would have loved it,” she joked. She also listed Justin Bieber as one of the other famous faces who had attended.

Hotel heiress Paris has also attended some of the famous parties.
She was once asked on Ellen DeGeneres’ chat show the best party she’d ever been to and replied: “Puffy’s 50th birthday. It was so sick. Epic.”
The reality star has been pictured at many of Diddy’s parties, with his 50th being as recent as 2020.

Singer-songwriter Ray J has been friends with Diddy for a long time and said on NewsNation’s CUOMO: “We’ve never seen the stuff that’s being said and the stuff that people are finding out, like, I’ve never been in rooms that people are talking about and I never knew they existed.”

Jennifer Lopez

One of Diddy’s most high profile relationships was with Jennifer Lopez, who he dated between 1999 and 2001.
While they were together they were at a nightclub where there was a shooting. JLo and Diddy were arrested among others, but all JLo was soon released.
Diddy was later acquitted of weapon possession and attempted bribery charges stemming from the incident.
She also claimed she had been “manhandled” in previous relationships in her Netflix documentary, but did not name names.

Titanic star Leonardo has attended Diddy’s soirees in the past, with snaps of him at the White party in his younger years.
However, the Daily Mail recently quoted a source as saying that Leo has “not been in contact” with Diddy for years, showing Leo has distanced himself from the rapper.

Rapper 50 Cent doesn’t go to Diddy’s get togethers.
“I’ve been very vocal about not going to Puffy parties and doing s*** like that,” he told the Hollywood Reporter. “I’ve been staying out of that s*** for years. It’s just an uncomfortable energy connected to it.”
He also once said he was “uncomfortable” around Diddy after he invited him on a shopping trip, citing a difference in energies.

Aubrey O’Day

Aubrey O’Day was a member of Danity Kane, the band formed by Diddy on MTV show Making the Band 3.
She later claimed the band broke up because “I wasn’t willing to do what was expected of me”. “He fired me,” she added on the Call Her Daddy podcast.
On the Off The Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe podcast, Aubrey said: “I was fired on national television for being overly raunchy and promiscuous. That’s actually like wrongful termination. That’s a lawsuit against a lot of people.”
During her time in the girl group, Aubrey claims Diddy would “tell her how much he hates her” on camera, but managed her appearance off-camera right down to her toenails.

Justin Bieber was close to Diddy, as the hip-hop star was something of a mentor to him earlier in his career. And Justin featured on Diddy’s latest album, The Love Album: Off The Grid.
“I remember going to my brother Diddy’s office to pitch him a song I wrote for him when I was like 14, sadly the song was trash haha,” he said on Instagram, before the charges against Diddy. “And it would be a hard no from him, fast forward to a few years ago Puff asked if I would freestyle something for his upcoming Love album. Wild full circle moment, love you @diddy.”
Fans have expressed their concerned for him amid the scandal, as old videos have emerged apparently showing Justin at parties with his Diddy when he was only 15 and him speaking of difficult “encounters” in the industry.

Kid Cudi

Rapper Kid Cudi once dated Cassie Ventura, Diddy’s ex who filed a lawsuit last year claiming Diddy had “trapped” her in a “cycle of abuse, violence, and sex trafficking”, which he denied.
According to reports, the lawsuit contained claims that Diddy once threatened to blow up Kid’s car. The car was allegedly set on fire sometime between 2011 and 2012.
Diddy hasn’t specifically addressed it. However, after Ventura’s allegations he did deny the claims she had made against him as a whole.
